Hi.

Welcome to my new-ish blog.
I write about a mish-mash of things, whatever takes my fancy, when it takes my fancy. I am working on consistency though… 2022 is my year, right!

I don’t think I’m anyone special, I do love a good story though.
I firmly believe we all have various chapters in our lives that we progress through. We can’t skip pages, each one we turn reveals something new.

I just want to share some of my story without being a slave to providing content or trying to influence anyone about anything.
My opinions are my own and this is my experience, nothing more.

I try to read a lot, usually have music in the background, and I’ll break into spontaneous dance if the song is a good one.

I practice what I preach: kindness and coming from a place of love. I’m a gentle soul for the most part, working on self love, healing, and growth.

I’ve removed a lot of content from over the years giving the website a refresh, keeping things relevant, and building upon new knowledge and experiences

I hope you’ll stay for a bit and enjoy reading me.

Thank you.

2013's Christmas Wishes For My Pole Ladies

2013's Christmas Wishes For My Pole Ladies

Just a brief Christmas wish to my fellow pole dancers at the Studio

I have had a wonderful time getting to know you over the past five months, some more quickly than others and some I'm still to meet, but I will.

I want you to know I admire you all for your desire, courage, motivation, and enthusiasm for pole dancing. The scariest part is stepping through that door for the first time and we've all done it!

We are an eclectic group of women but we share a common enjoyment in testing ourselves and our bodies at least weekly with dance routines, seeing our bodies change through strength and conditioning, and increasing our bendiness through flexibility work.

You've all been so encouraging, supportive, and engaging in my writing. I could not ask for a more nurturing environment to write of my experiences learning the art of pole, the good and the challenging stuff too.

My wish for you all is a wonderful Christmas full of love, laughter, and joy.

I hope you find time to spend with the people you enjoy and have the opportunity of doing things that make you happy. I hope you get a chance to rest and recharge. And I hope make some wonderful memories.

Thank you from the bottom of my poling heart.
